Installation Support
- Customers may choose to arrange installation independently or request installer referrals from PowerBay.
- Upon request, PowerBay can introduce third-party licensed and experienced installers for products including solar systems, heat pumps, batteries, inverters, and EV chargers.
- All installation services are provided directly by the independent installer and are subject to the installe’s own quotation, schedule, workmanship, and terms & conditions.
Important Notice
- PowerBay is not the direct installation contractor unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Installation costs are not included in the product price unless clearly specified.
- Customers are responsible for confirming installation details, pricing, site suitability, and timelines directly with the installer before proceeding.
- Any installation-related warranty, workmanship claims, or service issues should be addressed with the installer who performed the work.
Compliance & Safety
We recommend that all installations be carried out by appropriately licensed and accredited professionals in accordance with local regulations and Australian standards to ensure product safety, performance, and warranty compliance.
